Top Shelf Physical Therapy | Los Gatos, CA Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Schedule Top Shelf Physical Therapy is hiring another high-level Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team in Los Gatos, CA. We are not a high-volume insurance clinic. We are a premium, out-of-network physical therapy and performance practice built around one standard: Premium care delivered by premium clinicians. We are looking for the Top DPT Talent and PAY MUCH BETTER. Current full time staff paid $260k in 2025. Current 16 hour part time therapists making $6k/month+. We believe the physical therapy profession deserves a better model for both patients and clinicians. What Makes This Role Different Most clinics limit clinicians with rigid schedules, productivity quotas, and burnout-driven systems. We built something different. This position offers true flexibility and autonomy. The ideal schedule fit would be: Monday–Thursday: approximately 1 PM–7 PM Friday: fully flexible schedule Weekends: optional Ability to shift or take weekdays off as desired We care more about outcomes, professionalism, communication, and patient experience than clocking arbitrary hours. We are looking for a Doctor of Physical Therapy who operates at a high level clinically, professionally, and personally. Ideal candidates must include wither of the below (1. and/or 2.): 1. Board-certified specialists (OCS, SCS, etc.) 2. Clinicians with 7+ years of experience preferred Strong orthopedic and sports background Growth-minded professionals committed to mastery Clinicians who value autonomy, precision, and patient experience Professionals who understand that premium service requires premium execution/communication. Technology & Resources Our clinicians have access to advanced rehab and recovery tools including: Boost treadmill Hyperice technology Radial and focused shockwave therapy Delphi BFR Nerve OTX (formerly ARPwave) Red light therapy Full gym access including squat racks, cables, dumbbells, kettlebells, sauna, and cold plunge We also encourage clinicians to request and introduce new tools that improve patient outcomes.
