Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Deland has an exciting opportunity for a Document Control Specialist to join our Engineering team.The Document Control Specialist supports functional departments with all their document control needs.Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Document Control Specialist is responsible for documentation and file management as it relates to but is not limited to procedures, forms, and work instructions in support of the company's compliance and quality standards.In addition, this role will provide support to the Quality Department and organization on data collection, reporting, record keeping, as well as controlling documents in accordance with ISO and NADCAP requirements.If you are searching for a career with a company that offers challenging, diverse projects and opportunities? Only candidates with previous manufacturing experience will be considered What you'll do:Implement and maintain document control activities such as document review schedules, change requests and revision changes Maintain master files for customer documentation, revision changes and engineering changes Write, maintain, and update company and/or manufacturing procedures and policies Manage the entry of new items for customer orders, new item masters, bill of materials (BOM's), and routers in the ERP system Identify and resolve discrepancies on customer supplied documentation (revision issues, missing documents, etc.) Partner with Engineers for clarification on drawings and specifications Coordinate the scheduling and leads quality assurance audits Process all documents per procedure verifies the information for accuracy Work with managers and subject matter experts to address documentation and/or procedural discrepancies Record, review and process all ECN's, NCMR's & RMA's Control and manage the filing system of supplier certifications Train employees in the company's controlled document processes to ensure correct handling of documents from the ground up Oversee document through its entire lifecycle (inception to archival) Ensure proper organization and security of documents Maintain master component database What will make you stand out?
