BWT Pharma & Biotech, a leading supplier of high purity water systems for leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide, seeks to employ an experienced Documentation & Validation Specialist. The role requires a candidate with strong organization and communication skills. The primary focus of this role is to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to support project execution. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Documentation & Validation Specialist looking to expand their knowledge and understanding of complete project execution from design phase to final handover phase with customers. This will include first-hand experience with Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests. Job Responsibilities Prepare and maintain engineering documentation packages Maintain drawing and documentation control Component (equipment, instruments and valve) and material verification Management and verification of engineering BOMs from ERP system Enters and revises data in ERP system Co-ordinate project documentation flow from design stages to procurement to production Participation in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Resolve issues through development of systems and procedures Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within technical industry in similar role Ability to work carefully, methodically and consistently Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with non-conformance logs and/or deviation reports preferred Proficient in Adobe Must be able to multi-task supporting various groups Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation/documentation would be a key advantage. Planning and time management skills Familiarity with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) Willingness to travel at times for SAT client visits Personal Attributes Excellent interpersonal communication Professionalism in both in-office and client interactions Customer-service driven with attentive foresight Enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious and determined to succeed *Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization; sponsorship or visa transfers will not be provided.
