Duties Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments using proper restraint techniques Perform bathing, drying, and other grooming services with precision and care Assess each dog’s coat condition Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area, including equipment sterilization and waste disposal. Thorough daily shop cleaning is also required! Monitor dogs during grooming for signs of stress or health issues and communicate concerns to team members Requirements Prior experience in dog bathing (a plus) Strong animal handling skills with the ability to work confidently with various breeds and sizes Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move equipment or assist with larger dogs Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude within work environment, and pets alike Basic understanding of animal restraint, pet care, and animal safety protocols Join us to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners!
