Working with dogs is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires discipline, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. Our team provides hands-on care, structured play, clean, and a safe environment for every dog in our facility. WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY REQUIRES You will average 10,000–30,000+ steps per shift. You will clean constantly. You will handle large groups of dogs safely and confidently. Daily responsibilities include Deep cleaning kennels multiple times daily Sweeping, mopping, pressure washing Laundry and dishwashing Feeding and medicating dogs Supervising structured playgroups Bathing, brushing, blow drying, nail trims Maintaining strict sanitation protocols This is structured animal care in a high-standard facility. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license Reliable vehicle Pass drug test Pass background check Able to work holidays if scheduled Seeking long-term employment only Ability to arrive for early morning shifts (6:30-6:45 AM start time) We only conduct in-person interviews.
