Evening & Weekend Dog Care - Boarding Support (Flexible, Active, Great Side Income) We are a premium, in-home dog care business looking for reliable, responsible help with evening and weekend boarding care.This is a great fit for someone (especially college students or those with flexible schedules) who wants to earn extra income while spending time with great dogs in a relaxed, home-based environment.This role is more straightforward than our daytime daycare position, but still requires someone who is dependable, aware, and able to follow through without being reminded.What you'll be doing:Letting dogs out for fresh air, potty breaks, and playtime Spending time with the dogs:engaging, interacting, and keeping the energy calm and positive Feeding and following simple care routines Keeping an eye on the group and making sure everything stays safe and relaxed Light cleaning and resetting the space so everything is ready for the next shift Making sure everything is handled before you head out (nothing left undone) Additional Responsibilities:Occasional short local drives with 1-2 dogs (either using a company vehicle or your own vehicle) Must be comfortable driving dogs safely Schedule:Evenings:typically between 5/6 PM - 10 PM Weekends:shifts may range anytime between 8 AM - 10 PM Pay:$18/hour to start (training rate) Increases to $20+/hour based on reliability, performance, and ability to work independently Consistent opportunities for those who do a great job This role is a great fit if you:Are dependable and show up on time Notice what needs to be done without being told Complete tasks fully before leaving Are calm and comfortable around dogs Are comfortable driving locally when needed This role is NOT a fit if you:Need constant reminders Rush through tasks or leave things unfinished Are inconsistent with timing or reliability This is a great entry point into the business, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time for strong, reliable team members.To be considered, please include the phrase:I follow through and answer the question below.Applications without this will not be reviewed.When you finish something, how do you make sure everything is actually done and nothing was missed?
