Many of our clients stay on regular grooming schedules and prioritize quality over “cheap and fast.” What We’re Looking For Professional dog grooming experience required Ability to complete full grooms independently and safely Strong scissoring and breed-specific grooming skills preferred Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills Clean work habits and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment Positive attitude with clients and coworkers An existing client book is strongly preferred, though not required. Ideal candidates are confident groomers who take pride in their work, retain customers well, and want to grow long-term in an established salon environment.
