Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dog Groomer to join our team! The ideal candidate loves dogs of all breeds and sizes, has a keen eye for detail, and delivers exceptional grooming results while ensuring each pet has a stress-free and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform full-service grooming, including baths, blow-drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and gland expression Maintain a calm and safe environment for dogs of all temperaments Communicate clearly with pet parents about grooming requests and outcomes Keep grooming tools and stations sanitized and organized between appointments Track and report grooming services in our scheduling system Work collaboratively with kennel and front desk staff to ensure a smooth guest experience Recognize signs of stress, anxiety, or health issues and report concerns to management Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused culture Qualifications: Must love dogs and have patience with all dogs no matter the circumstance. This is a non-negotiable.
