Fast Friends is an international nonprofit finding homes for retired racing Greyhounds and dogs in need from around the world.We have 35-40 Greyhounds waiting for homes and run a busy doggy daycare and boarding business which helps support our mission of changing dogs' lives.We are looking for active, dedicated dog-lovers to care for our daycare and boarding guests.With this position, you will spend most of the day on your feet, with some time outdoors each day, completing tasks like:supervising playgroups moving dogs between the lobby, daycare yards, and rest areas preparing and serving meals bringing dogs to and from relief yards picking up messes (pee and poop) cleaning kennels (sweep, mop, disinfect) doing laundry washing dishes Staff will have some interaction with customers to gather information about the dogs and tell them about their dog's experiences.If you love dogs, enjoy being physically active, and thrive as part of a team, we would love to hear from you! ----- Please note that we are open 365 days a year -- dogs need to be fed and walked even on the holidays and during snowstorms!
