Scope of Work (Experience Required): Doors (must have experience with all): Exterior entry doors Interior doors Patio sliders and/or hinged Storm/Screen/Security doors Requirements: Proven experience in residential window replacement EPA LRRP Individual & Firm Certifications (required for pre-1978 work) Ability to complete installs start-to-finish with quality workmanship Professional, reliable, and customer-focused Reliable transportation Background Check: Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. Additional Requirements: Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees. Licensing: Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.
