SMART CHOICE FIBER OPTICS Full-Time Fiber Sales & Marketing Representative Performance-Based Pay - Training Provided Smart Choice Fiber Optics is looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, performance-based opportunity for someone who wants to develop real communication skills, learn sales and marketing, and grow with a company focused on integrity, discipline, and long-term success. You will work directly with homeowners and local businesses helping customers gain access to faster, more reliable fiber internet services in expanding service areas. This is a hybrid role combining: Door-to-door sales Lead generation Customer communication Inbound call handling Local advertising participation Digital marketing opportunities No prior sales experience is required. We provide training, scripts, role-play support, and ongoing coaching. This position is best suited for individuals who are: Competitive Self-motivated Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face Willing to work outdoors Coachable and dependable Responsibilities: Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about available fiber internet services Set appointments and assist customers through the sign-up process Handle customer follow-up communication Participate in local marketing and lead-generation efforts Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude Requirements: Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Willingness to learn and improve daily Smart Phone and Tablet for order entry at the door. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access for training, customer follow-up, and lead management Growth Opportunity: New team members begin by learning communication, lead generation, and sales fundamentals through direct neighborhood outreach and face-to-face customer interaction.
