Weed Man Lawn Care - Augusta, GA Weed Man, North America's largest franchised lawn care company, is opening a new branch in Augusta, GA, and we're hiring a Door-to-Door Outreach Supervisor to help lead our expansion.This is a hands-on leadership role.You'll knock doors alongside your team while supervising, coaching, and motivating outreach representatives.What You'll Do Knock doors and introduce homeowners to Weed Man Supervise and coach up to 4 outreach reps Train team members on pitch, confidence, and professionalism Motivate the team to hit daily lead goals Track performance and report results to management Help schedule and ensure nightly team coverage Offer FREE, no-obligation lawn care estimates (no selling) What We're Looking For Strong communication and leadership skills Outgoing, confident, and people-focused Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required) Valid driver's license; background check required Why Weed Man?
