Overview We are seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing field sales team selling fiber internet services directly to residential customers. This role is ideal for a proven door-to-door professional who thrives in the field, understands territory execution, and knows how to coach reps to consistent production. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales representatives while actively overseeing daily field activity. You will earn an override on every product sold by your team , in addition to personal sales opportunities, creating strong upside and long-term earning potential. Responsibilities Train recruits, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives focused on selling fiber internet services. Lead daily field operations, including territory assignments, ride-alongs, morning meetings, and performance coaching. Train new hires on door approach, pitch delivery, objection handling, closing techniques, and compliance standards. Motivate and hold the team accountable to daily activity metrics and weekly sales targets. Track team performance and sales production, earning an override on all fiber sales closed by your trainees. Actively sell in the field alongside your team to set the standard and drive results. Ensure reps are working approved territories and avoiding no-solicitation zones or restricted communities. Collaborate with ownership to improve scripts, training systems, and compensation structures as the team scales. Experience & Qualifications Proven door-to-door sales experience (fiber, telecom, solar, security, or similar industries preferred). Prior experience managing, training, or mentoring sales reps in a field environment. Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent. Excellent communication, objection-handling, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple reps across assigned territories and maintain consistent production. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. Comfortable earning compensation tied to both personal sales and team overrides . Compensation & Growth Override pay on every fiber sale produced by your team. Ability to earn commissions from personal sales in addition to management overrides.
