Identify customer needs and provide clear explanations of product benefits, emphasizing how our solutions meet their specific requirements. Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure sales agreements that benefit both the customer and the company. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce. Conduct outbound calling campaigns and warm calling to nurture leads, follow up on previous contacts, and generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand promotional campaigns and incorporate messaging strategies into your outreach efforts. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, providing product information accurately, and fostering positive relationships for future business development. Experience Prior experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales is highly desirable. Proven success in telemarketing or inside sales roles, especially involving outbound calling or warm calling techniques. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and tracking sales progress. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to effectively convey value propositions. Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly. Customer service experience that highlights your ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs. A proactive attitude towards business development and a passion for driving results through outbound outreach efforts.
