Drive Results. Get Paid Like a Leader. We are a fast-growing exterior home services company looking for a Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to build and lead a 15–25 person canvassing team. This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership. If you’ve led door teams in solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, or home improvement — and you know how to recruit, train, and drive daily performance — this is your opportunity to scale a market. What You’ll Do Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door reps Run daily field launches and territory assignments Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on coaching Track activity: doors, contacts, appointments, show rate Hold reps accountable to performance standards Build a competitive, high-energy team culture Work directly with the Sales Manager to hit monthly revenue targets What We’re Looking For 2+ years door-to-door sales experience Previous leadership or team management preferred Proven ability to hit activity targets Strong recruiting mindset Comfortable working outdoors daily High energy and competitive drive If you’ve built or managed a 10+ rep team before, we want to talk.
