Job Description
Schedule:Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m. 3 p.m.Various fill in shifts as needed.Responsibilities include:Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.Communicate resident concerns to property management.Ensure successful shift changes with effective communication.Maintain the lobby and main entrance appearance.Ability to follow emergency procedures effectively.Other duties may vary depending on the specific property.Solve problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.Organize and maintain an efficient front desk.Ideal candidate will possess:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of one (1) year customer service, hospitality, security, or reception-oriented experience preferred.Customer-focused mentality Basic typing/word processing skills required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required.Sharp professional appearance.Experience with various software computer programs is a plus.Pay:$22.35 per hour Benefits:Free parking People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s):Are you able to work both Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m.to 3 p.m.?
