Job Description
Doping Control Officer (DCO) Contract-Based On-Demand Travel Required Are you passionate about sport and committed to integrity? International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM) is a global leader in anti-doping services with more than 30 years of experience.We are currently seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our global network of Doping Control Officers (DCOs).As a DCO, you play a vital role in the doping control and sample collection process, contributing to the protection of clean sport.You will independently manage anti-doping missions -- from planning and athlete notification to sample collection and secure shipment to a WADA-accredited laboratory.What You will Do Plan and organize anti-doping testing missions Travel to training venues and competition sites Notify athletes and conduct sample collection (urine and/or blood) Accurately document testing procedures Ensure secure shipment of samples to WADA-accredited or approved laboratories Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality Working Hours & Flexibility Anti-doping testing often takes place outside regular office hours.Most assignments are conducted early in the morning or late in the evening.This role is well-suited to individuals who:Have a flexible schedule Are comfortable working non-traditional hours Can adapt to short-notice assignments What We are Looking For Minimum Requirements 21 years of age or older Proficient in English (spoken and written) Willing and able to travel Flexible availability Strong interest in sport and integrity Personal Qualities Able to follow established procedures accurately and consistently Calm and solution-oriented under pressure Highly trustworthy and detail-focused Professional and confident communicator Polite, respectful, and assertive when required Able to work independently and lead a testing mission Preferred (but not required) Certified blood collector / phlebotomist No previous anti-doping experience is required -- we value motivation and willingness to learn.Training & Certification All selected candidates must complete theoretical and practical training to become certified according to international anti-doping standards.Training is provided free of charge by IDTM.Working Conditions This is a contract-based, on-demand role.Assignments vary month to month Workload depends on testing schedules and location Travel is required Ideal for professionals seeking flexible, meaningful work How to Apply Click Apply Now to register on our website and complete your application.As part of the process, you will be asked to:Provide your contact details Answer a short set of screening questions Upload your CV Submit a brief letter of interest For more information about the DCO role, please visit:https://idtm.se/the-dco-network/ Job Type:Contract Pay:From $100.00 per day Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:On the road.
