In this role, your responsibilities will include: Assessing patients in either inpatient or outpatient scenarios and creating tailored treatment strategies - Delivering physical therapy interventions that target mobility, strength, coordination, and functionality - Working synergistically with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to maximize care outcomes - Informing patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home physical activities - Meticulously documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with regulations and facility standards - Engaging in collaborative team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to guarantee cohesive patient care To join us, you will need: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Certifications: A valid state licensure as a DPT / Doctor of Physical Therapy - CPR certification is preferred - Additional specialized credentials (e.g., neurological
