Description Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and create personalized treatment strategies Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and various rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and beneficial home exercises Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards Engage in interdisciplinary case rounds and team conferences to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy
