Description Conduct thorough assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans Implement effective physical therapy interventions with a focus on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Team up with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to maximize patient outcomes Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and exercises to be continued at home Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and advancements in accordance with facility protocols Participate in multidisciplinary care rounds and conferences to promote cohesive care efforts Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution Certifications State licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification is highly recommended Additional specialized cer
