Description Perform evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and create personalized treatment plans Provide physical therapy interventions focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient recovery Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise routines Keep accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and progress according to protocol and regulatory standards Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings for a cohesive approach to patient care Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications State licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Preferred but not
