Description Conduct thorough assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to create custom treatment plans. Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and functionality. Engage in collaborative efforts with nurses, doctors, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, planning for discharge, and exercises for home. Maintain clear and detailed records of evaluations, treatments, and progress following regulatory and facility standards. Take part in interdisciplinary care team rounds and conferences to support cohesive and seamless patient care. Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. </
