DRG Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a DRG Ops Analyst to provide operational support to the Expert Claims Review team. Key Responsibilities Manage screening and distribution processes of Expert Claim Review Claims Assist with training and onboarding of new team members Monitor new client claims post-implementation to ensure performance meets client requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred Experience in claim processing or medical billing is a plus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Solid typing/data entry skills
