Job OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a Drill Helper and be a vital part of our drilling operations! In this energetic role, you'll assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment.Your enthusiasm and mechanical aptitude will help ensure smooth, efficient drilling processes while maintaining safety standards.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with heavy equipment and contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects.Duties Assist drill operators with the setup and breakdown of drilling rigs and related equipment Support horizontal drilling activities by preparing materials and ensuring proper alignment Conduct routine inspections of equipment for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs Follow OSHA and MSHA safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe drill site environment Help with transportation of materials.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to promote safety and efficiency.Work 12 hour shifts, 28 to 30 days on and 7 off.Skills Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs Experience working on horizontal drilling projects, prefered but not requied.Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA safety standards safety practices Basic understanding of diamond core dirlling industry operations processes This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in diamond drilling projects.If you thrive in fast-paced environments where safety comes first and teamwork drives success, we want to hear from you!
