POSITION SNAPSHOT: You are the expert on making sure our drinks look amazing and arrive to our Guests in a timely manner. While not running drinks, you keep service stations full stocked, cleaned and ready for use, and provide the necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service. NITTY GRITTY DETAILS Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun. Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members. Adheres to company's sanitation procedures. Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests. Assesses Guest demeanor and identifies when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager. Responsible for making and delivering Non-Alcoholic drinks to Guests. Ensures all drinks are properly garnished and delivers trays to designated tables, as well as other sections in the restaurant, as needed. Assists in clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages as needed. Assists in bussing and resetting tables as needed. Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close. Assists in ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of drinks and re
