Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Driveline Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling driveline components for UTVs and off-road vehicles. Your expertise in various welding techniques and mechanical fabrication will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and performance. Duties Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding on driveline parts using blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide fabrication processes Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble components Measure parts accurately with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper fitment Conduct pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components following ASME codes & standards Operate forklifts, rigging equipment, and other machinery safely during fabrication and assembly tasks Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of fabrication environments Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding, welding, and plasma cutting techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Proficient with hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, soldering tools, and press brake machines Knowledge of blueprint reading for sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes Mechanical knowledge related to driveline components such as carrier bearings and axles Experience with rigging procedures for component installation or movement within manufacturing settings Familiarity with ASME codes & standards applicable to metal fabrication and welding practices Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly processes Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including pipe threading, machining, soldering, and schematics interpretation Join our team as a Driveline Welder if you’re passionate about precision fabrication in a fast-paced environment!
