Must be 25 years of age or older Valid Alaska Driver’s License with a clean driving record required Chauffeur’s Permit preferred Clean criminal background required Knowledge of Anchorage and Southcentral Alaska Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and people skills required Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport passengers or goods. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine inspections and basic mechanical checks. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries professionally. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times during transit. Plan routes efficiently to meet schedules and optimize travel time while avoiding delays. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Communicate effectively with dispatch or clients regarding pick-up times, routes, or any unforeseen delays. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure vehicle reliability. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to operate passenger shuttle with cargo trailer confidently. Familiarity with traffic regulations and safety protocols specific to passenger transport and delivery services. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor repairs when necessary. Experience in delivery driver roles or shuttle driving with a focus on punctuality and safety.
