Job Title:Driver / Estimator / Closer - $800-$1,000per week (Hourly Tips Commission) Company:Site Masters Junk RemovalLocation:Tampa Bay, FL (Pinellas / Greater Tampa Bay) About the Role We're growing and looking for a full-time Driver / Estimator / Closer who wants a steady, in-the-truck job with real upside.You'll drive our truck, meet customers, give estimates, do junk removal / light demo, and close jobs on site.When there are gaps between jobs, you're still on the clock doing paid outreach (yard signs, flyers, simple call-backs) so your hours stay consistent.This is a W-2, hourly, non-exempt position with opportunities for overtime, tips, and simple commissions.Pay & Schedule Most full-time team members who show up and work the system earn $800-$1,200per week from:Hourly base:Starting $18/hour Paid for all hours worked:driving, on jobs, between jobs doing outreach/shop work.Overtime:Time-and-a-half for hours over 40 in a workweek.Tips & Commission:Tips split per company policy.Simple commission on jobs you personally estimate and close (small percentage of job value so you get rewarded for closing and protecting price).Schedule:Full-time, typically Monday-Saturday daytime hours.Some weeks are busier than others; when it's slower, you're still on the clock helping generate more work.Daily hours will vary, please be flexible What You'll Do On Jobs (Most of Your Time) Drive a company truck safely around Tampa Bay.Greet customers, walk the job, and give clear estimates (sometimes from photos, sometimes in person).Close jobs on site, collect payment, and get signatures.Lead or assist the crew loading, hauling, and cleaning up; leave each job broom-clean.Take before/after photos and job notes in our app for records and client updates.Between Jobs / When Schedule Is Light (Still Paid Hourly) Place and rotate yard signs in targeted areas.Drop off flyers / door hangers at nearby properties and small businesses.Make simple phone calls to past leads/customers using a script to help fill the schedule.Help keep the truck and gear clean, organized, and ready.Who This Is For You like driving, working with your hands, and talking to customers.You want a steady W-2 truck job with the chance to earn more from overtime, tips, and simple commission.You show up on time, every time, and take pride in doing the job right.You're okay with the Florida heat, junk, and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly.Requirements Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.Able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather.Comfortable using a smartphone for GPS, photos, and basic apps.Customer-facing or crew lead experience (moving, construction, delivery, junk removal, etc.) is a plus but not required if you're hungry and willing to learn.How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include:Your recent work history (resume or summary).A short note answering:Why does this driver / estimator / closer job appeal to you?
