Driver Manager

Lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet. Responsibilities: Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement. Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments. Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager. Experience with driver and equipment utilization. Must be able to lead others. Must possess exceptional communication skills. Must be able to multitask.
