Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Driver/Operator to join our team, responsible for safely operating vehicles and equipment to support our operational needs. This role involves ensuring secure transportation, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles and specialized equipment to transport personnel, materials, or assets while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and vehicle logs with clarity and accuracy Manage conflicts or disputes professionally, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations effectively Provide exceptional customer service by interacting courteously with clients, visitors, and team members during transportation or security duties Monitor security systems and conduct surveillance activities as needed to ensure the safety of personnel and property Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in conflict management and de-escalation techniques Strong report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL license preferred but not required Knowledge of safety regulations, vehicle maintenance procedures, and security protocols Join us in a role that combines active transportation responsibilities with critical security functions.
