Driver Trainee

McLane Company, a nationally recognized leader in supply chain solutions, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Driver Trainees. Our Trainees are prepared through a rigorous training program to handle the demands of route delivery driving and customer service. As a Driver Trainee, you will gain firsthand experience in operating delivery vehicles under expert supervision and receive intensive training in safety, route planning, and customer interaction. Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees will graduate to full-time drivers, representing McLane in providing excellent service to our broad network of customers including convenience stores, mass merchants, drug stores, and chain restaurants.
