As a Professional Driver, you will drive fleet vehicles and provide outstanding customer service to riders in the Parachute, CO area.What You'll Do:Safely and courteously, operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles to transport riders Learn the fundamentals of our operations and related safety procedures Perform the routine operation of vehicles, including pre- and post-shift inspections Who You Are:At least 25 years old Hold a valid CDL Have experience driving in winter conditions Possess sound knowledge of the city and an excellent driving record Able to operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle within standard safety guidelines to ensure public safety Able to safely push and maneuver more than 400 pounds of weight, such as in assisting passengers in wheelchairs or handling heavy equipment Comfortable bending down on one knee for extended periods of time to secure wheelchairs and other mobility aids within confined spaces Patient, empathetic, and sensitive to the needs of people with disabilities Able to deal effectively and courteously with all customers and the public Able to follow written and verbal instructions Must pass a physical exam, drug screening, motor vehicle check, and criminal background check Compensation and Benefits: Salary:Morning shift:$36/hr Afternoon shift:$33/hr Evening shiftL $30/hr - Health insurance 100% covered for FT drivers - PTO 15 days (3 weeks of work) - No weekends To ensure this role is a great fit for you, we want to be clear about our scheduling process:Schedules are Dynamic:Our work schedules are created based on the company's operational needs and service demand, which can change from time to time.Because of this dynamic environment, work hours and schedules are not fixed, and we cannot guarantee a specific number of hours.We will however do our best to communicate any changes as soon as possible.Job Type:Full-time and Part-time Work Location:In person Pay:$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off License/Certification:CDL (Required) Work Location:In person.
