Responsibilities Inspect and press all types of garments. Must meet quality and hourly production requirements. Experience Minimum of 1 year dry cleaning/laundry pressing experience We are seeking a dedicated Dry Cleaner and Spotter to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality cleaning services for our customers’ garments, ensuring they look their best. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in dry cleaning or laundry operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and professionalism are valued. Responsibilities Inspect garments for stains, damages, and special cleaning instructions Apply spot removal techniques to treat stains effectively without damaging fabrics Operate dry cleaning machines and related equipment safely and efficiently Handle laundry processes including washing, drying, pressing, and folding garments Ensure all items meet quality standards before returning to customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally Assist with cashiering duties such as processing payments and handling cash transactions when needed Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry, hospitality, or dry cleaning preferred but not required Knowledge of dry cleaning procedures and laundry operations Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains and fabric issues Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Cashiering experience or cash handling skills are a plus Reliable work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment This role is vital in delivering exceptional garment care while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
