Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Dry Cleaner Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers and ensuring their laundry and dry cleaning needs are met with efficiency and care.This role combines customer service excellence with basic operational tasks, creating a seamless experience for clients while supporting the daily functions of our cleaning facility.Your energetic approach will help foster a positive environment, making every customer feel valued and satisfied.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with their inquiries, and process transactions accurately at the cashier station Collect payments for dry cleaning and laundry services using cash or electronic payment methods, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Manage customer orders by tagging garments correctly and tracking items through the cleaning process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and customer waiting spaces to uphold a professional appearance Support the dry cleaning team by understanding basic laundry and dry cleaning procedures to answer customer questions confidently Assist in inventory management of supplies such as garment bags, tags, and cleaning chemicals as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience for every guest Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with cashiering, cash handling, or point-of-sale systems is highly desirable Knowledge of dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to stay organized, multitask efficiently, and maintain a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver exceptional service while supporting our clean and welcoming facility!
