Employer Industry: Dental Service Organization (DSO) Why Consider This Job Opportunity Competitive base salary with a sales incentive bonus program Opportunity for annual sales incentive trip Travel approximately 50% with overnight stays required Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and accountability Chance to drive strategic sales growth and make a significant impact in the DSO channel What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage sales performance across assigned DSOs, ensuring customer and doctor satisfaction Lead development, execution, and optimization of DSO/OSO pilot, integration, and growth strategies Coach and develop the Strategic Account Sales Team, overseeing recruiting and onboarding Drive the adoption and utilization of aligner solutions through hands-on training with DSO doctors Analyze market trends and DSO performance to identify risks and growth opportunities What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years of sales, strategic account management, or marketing experience within Orthodontics, Dentistry, or MedTech Proven experience working with DSOs/OSOs or managing enterprise-level healthcare accounts Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling business cases to C-suite audiences Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail Proficient with CRM and sales management tools How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Direct knowledge of DSO and/or OSO operations and strategies North America DSO C-suite level connections with experience in successful contract negotiations Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong influencing and negotiation skills, adept at managing complex organizations Valid driver's license and clean driving record #DentalServiceOrganization #SalesLeadership #CareerOpportunity #CompetitiveCompensation #TravelRequired We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
