Job Description
We’re looking for a detail oriented Area Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth, successful group bookings and events. You’ll help manage client communication, prepare sales documents, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service. ⭐ What You’ll Do Prepare proposals, contracts, group resumes, and BEOs for the sales team. Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally across phone, email, and online platforms. Maintain accurate client and booking details in the CRM. Host internal BEO/Resume meetings and coordinate communication across departments. Support sales events, trade shows, and client appreciation activities. Manage group bookings in CRM/PMS, including rates, billing, rooming lists, and pickup. Serve as the main point of contact for groups after contract turnover. Monitor cutoff dates, deposits, and contract compliance. Provide onsite support during group arrivals or special events. Act as the primary salesperson for meetingspaceonly events. ⭐ What You Bring Experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative roles preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hotel systems (Delphi, One Source) a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Professional, teamoriented attitude. ⭐ Work Environment Fulltime, onsite role.
