Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dump Truck Driver/Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy machinery and dump trucks to support various construction projects, ensuring efficient material transport and site safety. Your expertise will help keep projects on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, and debris across construction sites Skillfully operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, graders, and water trucks to support site development and grading activities Assist with horizontal drilling operations and tanker handling as needed for specialized tasks Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Collaborate with project managers and crew members to coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage Maintain accurate logs of hours worked, materials transported, and equipment maintenance records Requirements Proven experience operating dump trucks and heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, water trucks, backhoes, and horizontal drilling machinery Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures Ability to operate Caterpillar machinery or similar heavy equipment confidently Knowledge of construction processes including paving, grading, tankers, and water truck operations Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor construction settings for extended periods Join us in building something great!
