Job Description
Our business is expanding and we are seeking a reliable, experienced CDL dump truck driver to join our team. This is a full-time position with a day schedule, offering the benefit of being home every night. Candidates must have experience operating a manual transmission vehicle and license must not have any restrictions. The driver will be responsible for hauling dirt, sand, rock, milling, asphalt, and other construction materials in a dump truck while maintaining safe and efficient operations on job sites and roadways. Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of three years of CDL driving experience, maintain a clean three-year MVR, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism. Compensation is percentage-based per load hauled. This is a 1099 position and drivers will be required to submit a completed W-9 form prior to hire. We value safe driving and reliability. Drivers who maintain a clean driving record with no accidents or tickets are eligible for a monthly safety bonus. Work Location: In person
