Job DescriptionJob Description Dump Truck Drivers Wanted! Advanced Concrete Inc. is a premier provider of high-quality concrete products and services. We are known for our commitment to safety, operational reliability, and customer satisfaction, maintaining a well-functioning fleet to support our daily construction operations across Wisconsin. We are looking for a versatile Dump Truck Driver to join our team. While the primary focus of this role is the safe transportation of aggregates and materials, the ideal candidate must be willing to be cross-trained as a Ready-Mix Driver to support our operations during peak times. This is a dynamic role for a driver who values variety in their workday and is committed to delivering excellence on every job site. Key Responsibilities Dump Truck Operations: Safely transport sand, gravel, stone, and dirt to and from various job sites. Ready-Mix Delivery: Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete, ensuring quality standards are maintained during the pour. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all DOT regulations, state/federal laws, and company safety policies. Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; clean and maintain delivery equipment, including chutes. Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Equipment Handling: Load, secure, and unload materials efficiently while maneuvering trucks safely in congested or confined areas. Requirements Licensing: Valid CDL Class A or B with an airbrakes endorsement. Experience: At least one year of CDL driving experience is required. Safety Record: A clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe practices. Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of trucks multiple times daily, and work in various outdoor weather conditions. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing daily needs between dump truck and ready-mix tasks.
