Overview BMG Construction is seeking a skilled and dedicated dump truck / side dump operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for transporting materials to and from construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role requires a strong understanding of dump truck/ side dump operation and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on and off the job site. hourly wage depends on experience. Candidates are required to have had their CDL for a minimum of 2 years. Duties Operate 5 axle dump trucks / superside dump to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and soil to construction sites. Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good operating condition. utilizing proper techniques for safety. Maintain accurate logs of hours worked and materials transported. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Skills Proficient dump truck/ side dump operation. must be able to shift a manual transmission Knowledge of construction site operations and safety practices. good communication skills for coordinating with team members on-site. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
