Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead / Architect Location- Remote Job Title Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead / Solution Architect Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer Lead / Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role involves leading technical delivery, defining architecture standards, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Define technical architecture and solution design for CRM implementations. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, and integrations. Design integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware. Lead code reviews, deployment planning, release management, and DevOps practices. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions. Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and performance standards. Mentor and guide developers and technical consultants. Support estimation, solution documentation, and technical proposals. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support. Required Skills & Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE. Strong expertise in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core JavaScript / TypeScript Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Dataverse Plugin and custom workflow development Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API Experience with Azure services Azure Functions Logic Apps Service Bus Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Solution architecture Security model Business process flows Integration patterns CI/CD pipelines Experience in designing enterprise CRM solutions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as: Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform Solution Architect Azure certifications Experience with PCF Controls Copilot Studio AI Builder Omnichannel / Customer Insights Experience working in global delivery environments. Roles & Expectations As a Developer Lead Manage development activities and sprint deliverables. Review code quality and enforce standards. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and functional teams. As an Architect Own overall CRM technical architecture. Define scalability, integration, and governance strategy. Provide technical direction during presales and delivery. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with enterprise integrations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ERP systems). Knowledge of Power BI and reporting solutions. Familiarity with AI-driven CRM capabilities.
