About Us MDY Communications has been successfully selling online for over 18 years. We specialize in low voltage, audio/video, networking, security, and installation supply products , serving both retail and wholesale customers through our own websites and major online marketplaces. We are growing and looking for an experienced eCommerce Brand Manager who can take ownership of our online sales channels, improve listings, manage product performance, and help increase revenue across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify . Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven eCommerce Brand Manager with strong marketplace experience. The right person will understand how to manage products, improve listings, analyze sales, monitor competitors, and work with a team to grow online sales. This is not just an administrative role. We need someone who can think strategically, take initiative, solve problems, and actively improve our online business. Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and other online sales channels. Improve product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, categories, pricing, and promotions to increase visibility and conversion. Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, rankings, pricing, inventory, and competitor activity. Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve profitability, and increase product exposure. Manage product data, including SKUs, pricing, descriptions, images, variations, categories, and specifications. Work with leadership to develop pricing, promotion, and marketplace growth strategies. Help manage Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify admin Review and improve existing listings to make sure they are accurate, competitive, and professional. Monitor marketplace account health, customer feedback, returns, claims, and performance metrics. Coordinate with customer service, shipping, purchasing, and marketing teams to support smooth daily operations. Assist with new product launches, listing creation, marketplace uploads, and product updates. Analyze advertising performance and provide recommendations for Amazon PPC, marketplace ads, and promotions. Create reports showing sales performance, marketplace issues, product opportunities, and areas for improvement. Identify problems, bugs, listing errors, pricing issues, or inventory issues and follow through until resolved. Required Experience Minimum 3+ years of eCommerce marketplace experience . Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify . Strong understanding of marketplace listings, product optimization, pricing, and online merchandising. Experience working with product data, spreadsheets, SKUs, variations, categories, and images. Ability to analyze sales data and make practical recommendations. Strong attention to detail and ability to catch listing, pricing, or product errors. Good written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Compensation Pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 per year Higher compensation may be considered for a candidate with strong Amazon, marketplace, advertising, and brand growth experience.
