E-Commerce Engagement & Fulfillment Associate

Job Description: We’re looking for an energetic, reliable individual to join our fast-paced e-commerce team! This role is a mix of both on-camera customer engagement and behind-the-scenes order fulfillment, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and stays upbeat in a busy environment. Both is required Responsibilities include: Engaging with customers during online sales events in a positive, high-energy manner Assisting with product presentation and customer questions Accurately packing and preparing orders for shipment Maintaining organization and efficiency in the packing area Supporting daily e-commerce operations as needed What we’re looking for: High energy, outgoing personality. Weekends are required. On camera role required as this is a live selling position and fulfillment. Reliable and punctual, Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers Detail-oriented and efficient with packing orders Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment Respect for boundaries and workplace professionalism Long term commitment. This role is not casual or temporary. We are expecting a team and expect consistency and effort.
