About the Role We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves with urgency, detail oriented, proactive, and is passionate about the events industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for reliable, long-term team members who enjoy hands-on, production-focused tasks. A majority of the day is spent on your feet making products, packing orders, and preparing shipments. Much of this is done independently, so comfort working alone while staying connected with the team is important. They will collaborate with the Fulfillment Lead to review orders for quality, accuracy, and discrepancies, if any. Growth in this role comes from mastering production efficiency, speed, quality control, and reliability as order volume increases. See our Instagram Reels for videos of our process & team! A Day in the Life Create and craft products, package, and ship a high volume of orders daily. Fast execution and attention to detail are critical for this role Proactively review orders for accuracy and alert the team to any discrepancies Ensure quality control and consistency across the making and packing of orders Stay flexible when executing various tasks as customer requests can arise Coordinate with team to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner Pick up products from local third-party vendors and drop off packages at USPS, UPS, or FedEx (car required) Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience Must have a personal vehicle for local pickups and drop-offs (mileage reimbursed) Previous experience working in high-volume production is preferred, but not required Excellent time management skills while balancing a multitude of tasks Ability to work well under pressure & in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with product creation or crafting preferred, but not required Extremely organized, detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver Willingness to learn new, repetitive, crafting skills on a consistent basis Strong time management skills and ability to multitask with minute details under tight deadlines. Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive, production-focused work Ability to work independently for extended periods Positive “can-do” attitude and flexible to changing business needs as we continue to grow.
