We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Ecommerce Intern to assist with various aspects of our online store and digital sales strategy. Position Overview The Ecommerce Intern will support in managing and optimizing our online stores alzerina.com, amazon.com and etsy.com. This role offers hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, and customer experience within a growing fashion and jewelry brand. Responsibilities Product Listings : Assist in creating and maintaining accurate and engaging product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Inventory Management : Support inventory tracking and updates to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels on the ecommerce platform. Order Processing : Help process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Website Updates : Assist with updates and improvements to the website, including content changes, promotions, and visual enhancements. Customer Service : Provide support for customer inquiries and issues, including order status, returns, and product information. Marketing Support : Help with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising. Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze ecommerce performance metrics (e.g., sales data, customer behavior) and assist in generating reports to inform strategy. Competitor Research : Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Desired Skills & Experience Ecommerce Knowledge : Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and online retail operations. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail for managing product listings, inventory, and order processing. Digital Marketing : Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media. Customer Service Skills : Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and provide insights to optimize ecommerce performance. Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Interest in Fashion/Jewelry : Passion for the fashion or jewelry industry and a desire to learn about ecommerce within this sector.
