Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable E-commerce Seller to manage online product sales from listing to fulfillment.This role is responsible for posting products online, processing orders, shipping items, and providing customer support to ensure a smooth buying experience. Key Responsibilities Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms Write accurate product descriptions and set pricing Process online orders and payments Package and ship products in a timely manner Track shipments and resolve delivery issues Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally Manage inventory and update stock levels Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed Assist with promotions, sales, or social media posting when required Qualifications Basic computer and internet skills Familiarity with online marketplaces (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, social media shops, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or online sales Experience with shipping tools and order management systems Social media or digital marketing experience Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours:25 - 40 per week Work Location:In person.
