About Us Kids Academy is a nurturing early learning center dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.We believe in hands-on, play-based learning and building strong relationships with both children and families.Our team works together to create classrooms that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.Position Overview Kids Academy is seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, values teamwork, and is passionate about helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through play and meaningful interactions.Responsibilities Provide a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment for children Supervise and actively engage with children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest time Support children's social and emotional development using positive guidance techniques Implement age-appropriate activities and play-based learning experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents and team members Follow all Kids Academy policies and Wyoming childcare licensing regulations Complete required training and professional development Qualifications Experience working with children preferred but not required Ability to pass background checks required by Wyoming childcare licensing Ability to work as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move quickly to supervise children Comfortable working on the floor and actively participating in play Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Professional development opportunities Childcare discount Paid training Why Join Kids Academy?
