Early Childhood Teacher/Assistant Early Childhood Teacher

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. seeks an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher to support high-quality learning for young children in our Education, Training & E-Learning department. In a compassionate, collaborative classroom, you’ll assist lead teachers with daily instruction, classroom management, and individualized support for children experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supervising play, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, documenting child progress, and partnering with families. You’ll model respect, empathy, and positive guidance while supporting each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
