Early Intervention Occupational Therapist Job Summary Rising Stars, a leading provider of Early Intervention services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mineola, NY . As an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist with Rising Stars, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. Our team is committed to delivering evidence-based, family-centered therapeutic support, and we are looking for an experienced and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Provide Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers (birth-3) and their families in natural environments, including homes and daycare centers Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays and disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's cognitive, social, and physical development Provide therapy services, including occupational therapy interventions, to improve children's functional abilities and independence Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care and support Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and interventions Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in Early Intervention Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid Occupational Therapy license in New York Experience in Early Intervention is preferred, but not required Strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements Reliable transportation and ability to collaborate effectively with families and professionals Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $85-$90, commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment with a dedicated team of licensed professionals The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers and their families How to Apply If you are a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to join a team that prioritizes family-centered care and professional growth, please apply to this exciting opportunity.
