Early Morning Mixer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Early Morning Mixer to join our food production team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, detail oriented, and willing to learn how to mix and prepare doughs. Responsibilities Prepare and mix ingredients according to specified recipes and production schedules Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, blenders, and other machinery Assist with baking, food preparation, and assembly of products as needed Conduct quality checks to verify consistency, appearance, and safety of finished products Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment throughout the shift Document production activities accurately and report any issues or deviations Qualifications Proven experience in cooking, baking, or food production within a restaurant or food manufacturing setting Strong understanding of sanitation practices in a food processing environment Basic math skills for measurements and recipe adjustments Food industry experience including culinary skills, knife handling, and food handling techniques Prior experience with food processing, preparation, or restaurant work is highly desirable This role provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive working early mornings in a team-oriented environment focused on producing safe, high-quality products.
